Our method of payment is PAYPAL. Everyone can use PAYPAL. If you do not have a PayPal account here is what to do. After clicking the Pay button you will be directed to the PayPal page. Just follow the direction on the left side of the PayPal page for no paypal accounts and when done completing your information to pay click their pay button. Then please click the Click here to complete your order button, (should be located to the left side) and return to our store so your order will be processed completely. If you exit Paypal without clicking the, To complete your order button, your order will not be processed.
UPS requires a physical address for delivery. Therefore we must have a physical address on the order form or we can not process the order.
Shipping for the Continental U.S.A. ONLY.
Each order has a minimum shipping charge as specified below. Insurance is included in the cost of our shipping rates.
Minimum Shipping Charge Per Order $64.99 and under. $9.99.
Orders qualifying for FREE ground shipping must be at or over the cost mentioned (i.e $65.00 or more)with shipping to one address only. Orders under that amount will be charge the normal shipping fee of $9.99. We are working on faster delivery for an additional fee that we hope will be in place next year. Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. The above times are estimates from the day you place your order. See note below.
* NOTE: UPS Ground can take between 7-10 business days after shipping to reach you. Business days are considered Monday - Friday. Weekends are not included. Please figure in the 3 day ship time and the 7 to 10 day delivery time into your Special Moment so that it will arrive in plenty of time. During holidays this delay in the item reaching you could be longer.
Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days after placing your order for the tracking number to show. If it has been 3 business days and you still do not have a tracking number, please contact us via the "Contact Us" link.
Incase an item(s) has been removed from, or fallen below, our inventory when you order. We will make every attempt to insure you receive those item(s). But in the event your item(s) are out of stock and on Back Order, Or no longer available, we will contact you via email, if you have provided us with one, and request you advise us to, (1) order another item of the same value, or (2) request a refund on that item, or (3) wait for the Back Order.
